• HR Reporting, Analytics & Audits: STAR, Attrition, Active No Hours; Trend Analysis,
• Talent Management: 9 Box, Succession Planning,Career Planning, Growth Point development to ensure we have a strong talent pipeline
• Performance Management: Supports Annual Appraisal cycle, Review of all Non-AgentPerformance Improvement Plans and All Final Corrective Counseling,

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Qatar Labour laws
• 19 years of experience in Oil and Gas,Power Generation,Power Transmission andConstruction field.
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Nepali
• Electrical Engineer with NEBOSH Diploma
