Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Operation Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Ensure Manpower mobilization and Maintaining Reliever pool.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining multi-level and   business unit relationships with clients ensuring a full   understanding of the hierarchy and strategic vision of the client.
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of and meet all customer   expectations under each of the relevant client agreements.
• Dispatch crews for each job for each day and ensure workload is   at its maximum.
• Driver assignments as well as working with corporate to make   sure all shipments are assigned and picked up.
• Input weekly payroll into company system and process   paperwork for new hires.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
