Looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Maintain personnel and organizational data within the HRIS   platform
• Manage the full life cycle onboarding process for all open   positions/internal transfers.
• Monitor, coordinate and improve our HRIS interfaces.
• Promote HR policies and processes to create an efficient and   conflict-free workplace.
• Exceptional with HR data analytics/reports and thorough  understand of P&L and HR budget and cost factors.
• Drive employee on-boarding and orientation along other planned   training programs for Cinema resources.

Job Requirements:

• Management Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Problem-solving skills required.
• Bachelors Degree/Diploma Holder.
