Architect Required

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Architect in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  To identify and evaluate opportunities and risks for business success,   identify innovative means of applying technology and / or new offerings.
•  To monitor and analyse technology trends and changing market needs,    understand BU strategies, offerings, client and competitive landscape.
•  To identify and evaluate business potential of such service offerings,   organize, enhance and deploy necessary teams, systems, resources etc. 
•   Prepare and revise documentation in various architectural phases including     site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, details.
•  Coordinate and direct external consultants including evaluation of quality     and progress of work.
•  Assist in the preparation of specifications in coordination with building    plans and the specifications writer. Knowledge of SpecsIntact is preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture.
• Five years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
