Job Description :

 Looking for an experienced Sales Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Conduct marketing activities such as seminars , technical mock   ups etc.
• Positively promote and manage all Lighting products within the   district.
• Manage and collaborate with principals to maximize sales and   profitability.
• Conduct regular field rides with all direct reports and   prepare/maintain a Field Coaching report identifying strengths,   areas of development, business goals and action items
• Provide consistent and accurate performance expectations and   feedback to representatives
• Comply with all regulations and Company policies and   procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving Licence.
