Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Directs wage, salary, and benefit administration.
- Conducts or assists in the process of investigations of employees in disciplinary matters and makes recommendations regarding disciplinary actions.
- Supervises the evaluation of all Human Resources Department staff.
- Monitors the implementation of anti-discrimination policies and procedures and appropriate staff training.
- Coordinates and monitors the employee performance evaluationdevelopment process.
- Directs all phases of contract negotiation and acts as chief negotiator for management bargaining teams.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Minimum six years experience in the same field.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
