Operation Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Operation Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Liase with team to ensure alignment with the business goals and vision of Sodexo.
• Ensure quality of work by adhering to Sodexo service standards.
• Drive the Monthly MOM with client and action plan for closure.
• Dispatch crews for each job for each day and ensure workload is at its maximum.
• Driver assignments as well as working with corporate to make   sure all shipments are assigned and picked up.
• Input weekly payroll into company system and process      paperwork for new hires.

Job Requirements:

• IT Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
