Hiring Procurement Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Procurement Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Prepare reports and executive summaries monitoring   construction spend. 
• Prepare statistical reporting/analysis for the Construction   Procurement team and key internal customers on an ongoing   basis.
• Purchase forecast and variance explanation.
• Monitor expense management and reduction activity as it   relates to contract maintenance and escalation management.
• Negotiate/re-negotiate national and local contracts for complex   goods and services.
• Review commercial terms and recommend action liaise with Law and Insurance departments in the resolution of risk issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Having 4 years experience in the field.
