Looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Take the customer through the sales process. 
•  Understand their needs and pick up on additional or missing details.
•  Regularly update the Business Development with customer-provider issues.
•  Provide email, chat and Facebook support to customers.
•  Connect with customers who have put in requests on the company website.
•  Maintain customer/potential customer data base.

Job Requirements:

• Three years experience in the same field.
• Graduate holder.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Computer Literate.
