Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Assure company compliance with all existing state and  government reporting requirements.
• Develop and monitor the annual human resources budget. 
• Implement a succession planning and bench strength initiative   across the organization with a focus on management level   employees, both for the segments as well as corporate   leadership. 
• Maintaining the ESIC & PF Data of Contractor
• Responsible for purchase of tools required in plant while   breakdowns, creating new vendor.
• Maintaining the yearly events expenses data for all the   employees (Onroll & Contract).

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Graduate/Diploma Holder.
