Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Assist in the process of tracking key information pertaining to   succession planning, turnover trends, market compensation and employee relations.
  • Assist with non-exempt compensation, incentive and benefit    plans.
  • Staying current on the company's organization structure,    personnel policy.
  • Conducting joining interviews and performing relevant    procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of plant procedures and policies.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Strong Computer skills.
