A leading company looking for experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Attend tenant meetings to ensure up-to-date facility notices as it refers to employee safety and roll those notices out to GPD  Finance.
• Develop relationships that encourage a collaborative   environment with all divisions of the company.
• Utilize a synchronous team approach with other assistants and   business planners to provide seamless administrative support to leadership.
• Conserve time, focus on forward planning and initiate processes that ensure efficient running of the business.
• Diagnosing global organizational challenges and recommends,   develops and executes solutions.
• Influencing and helping management to understand and   articulate employee needs and motivations.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Having 12 years experience in the field.
• Good IT Skills.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
