Required Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Produce project performance information, collating benchmark   data, case studies and project profiles.
• Estimate the Cost and Quantity of all items necessary for the   Project.
• To guide contractors for utilization of materials to reduce the    wastage.
• Attend a range of internal meetings via Skype throughout the   various stages of a project.
• Support the project delivery team in the UK and maintain a   schedule of potential financial implications for the various   projects.
• Identify principal risks and opportunities, raise awareness,    address and resolve problems at project level.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
• Time Management skills.
• Candidate should be B.Tech holder.
• Fifteen years of experience with large construction company   with similar field.
