Job Description :
A leading company looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant in UAE.
Job Details:
- Correspond with customer and vendors/brokers to coordinate meetings, promotional events and service provision to customers to increase sales at customer sites.
- Operate a computer for research, report documentation, e-mail correspondence, presentation development and to provide Account Executives with other administrative support.
- Assemble sample bags for Account Executives.
- Support the Account Executive by setting appointments and meetings; compiling data and reports for analysis; communicating with clients and vendors/brokers.
- Complete various paperwork and reports, including new item, promotional and distribution forms accurately and timely; prepares and maintains demonstration and advertising support schedules and contracts.
Job Requirements:
- B.Com Graduate.
- Minimum one year experience in accounting.
- Well versed in MS Office and tally.
- Good communication skills.
