Indian Procurement Assistant

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Interface with all levels of the organization, suppliers, and   customers regarding supplier performance and improvement   actions and processes.
• Deploy within the Honeywell Aerospace supply chain to internal functions or external suppliers for assessment of chronic poor business performance.
• Timely clearing of vendor payments and aiming for smooth   vendor experience.
• Reports to be created to management on daily, weekly & monthly basis on Inventory & forecast to the production. 
• Analysing and delegation of work by identifying individuals   capacity.
• Bridge coordination between internal teams & vendors for   various procurements & negotiations.

Job Requirements:

• Having Five years of experience in same field.
• Have valid driving license.
• Graduate in commerce.
• Good Communication skills.
