Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Process employee transactions including; new hires, job    changes, benefits administrative support, and terminations.
  • Coordination with the team members and working/planning    annual Employee Engagement calendar.
  • Maintenance of MIS of HR records such as those required for    managing new joiner orientation, feedback, and distribution    lists etc.
  • Build effective cross-functional working relationships with others on-site, at regional offices and stores.
  • Learn and use the HRIS, timekeeping systems and reporting   functionalities.
  • Manage database for Employee background verification check    and issuance of letters

Job Requirements:

  • Have Seven years of experience in same field.
  • Only Female candidates needs to apply.
  • Ability to build a connect with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good Communication skills.
