Customer Representative Required

Job Description :

We are looking for a Customer Representative in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Handle Incoming/Outgoing requests from the customers on calls.
•  Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfill customer need.
• Investigating and responding to all customer inquiries.
•  Provide hands on support of customer care initiatives.
•  Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metric.
•  Capturing and applying customer feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience in same field.
• Male candidates can be preferable.
• Indian, Sri Lankan , Pakistan Nationality can be apply.
• Good communication skill.
