Urgently required Customer Representative in UAE.

Job Details:

•   To monitor & check daily coordination cutomers on our backend support system 
•  Updation of daily posts on our app after preliminary screening, answer call & revert on emails and chats.
•  Responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to    all customer inquiries regarding the products and services.
•  Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metric.
•  Capturing and applying customer feedback.
• Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various care issues.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Only Male candidates need to apply.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills.
