Job Description :
Urgently requires an experienced Accounts Assistant in UAE.
Job Details:
- Responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and greeting guests
- Assists with other accounting functions as needed
- Completing payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Reconciles Invoices to be Received general ledger accounts.
- Resolves payment discrepancies in a timely manner; insures credit is received for outstanding credit memos and purchase order amendments accordingly
- Prepares check run proposal for Accounting Supervisor/CFO approval.
Job Requirements:
- B.Com Graduate.
- Minimum one year experience in accounting.
- Well versesed in MS Office.
- Proficient in Tally.
