Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Provide overall project and program management of the end   customer for the renovation effort. 
• Monitor DoD and DoN IT, Data Center, and Facility installation   instructions, and where appropriate, recommend changes to   requirements, standards, and practices to ensure compliance   with said instructions and best practices.
• Research and develop equipment and infrastructure procurement bills of material required to implement approved installation designs. 
• Resolve routine construction site issues locally and fairly; break down barriers to progress.
• Report progress, performance, initiatives, and issues to Site or   Project Manager.
• Ensure contractor is implementing and maintaining effective   interfaces.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate Holder.
• Minimum 8 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
