Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Overall implementation of Company Policies as well as   Employees KRA & KPI administration.
• To analyze and fulfil the manpower requirement by sourcing    externally as well as internally.
• Ensuring amicable working environment and providing the    feedback regarding the same to the management.
• Under general supervision, assists HR team and clients through    various HR Shared Services functions.
• Liaison with the HRIS team to perform audits by running reports   to ensure date accuracy and integrity within the assigned   business areas.
• End-to- End Joining and Induction Process as well as facilitating the on-boarding process.

Job Requirements:

• Have valid Driving License.
• Good Communication skills.
• Minimum Four years of experience in same field.
• Transferable Visa with NOC.
