Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Coordinator in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Performs clerical functions for the HR staff including maintaining accurate employment files.
  •  Assists with the distribution of communication including but not limited to recruitment materials, resumes, benefits confirmations and statements, and payroll correspondence.
  •  Assist in data entry for workers’ compensation insurance carrier.
  •  Order and distribute associate birthday cards monthly.
  •  Management and maintain all employment verifications, reference checks from outside agencies.
  •  Assists with annual benefits renewals, including the negotiations and necessary enrollment procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
  • Having 6 years experience in the same field.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Good Organizational Skills.
