Looking for an experienced Sales Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of out standings.
• Data Management / Sales Reports / MIs
• Brand Building, Marketing and Sales Promotion Activities.
• Organize, participate and validate all sales employees training through targeted role plays, secret shop results and direct observation of customer interactions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance from all sales employees around completion of Trek University courses, Dave Mitchell sales training material and any other training avenues deemed relevant.
• Actively lead all sales activities at the store including customer engagement,Daily Task List execution and sales monitoring.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
