Job Description :

We are looking for a experienced Store Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Manage the retail outlet for improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and increased footfall and revenue to meet the store’s monthly and annual revenue and sales targets.
•  Develop pricing policies and store promotions based on sales and revenue performance and merchandising activities.
•  Recruit, train, develop and manage a strong retail and operations team.
•  Ensure stock is available and replenished as required.
•  Cash and payment reconciliation.
•  Ensure all visual merchandising and promotional materials are line with company guidelines and displayed appropriately.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in same field.
•  Proficient use of MS Office, ERP and PoS systems.
•  Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management is an advantage.
•  Diploma education.
