Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Provides succession planning, employee training, and counsels in career development.
•  Provides technical and regulatory consultation when required regarding industrial hygiene and safety issues.
•  Managing the on boarding process of employee starting with interview up to release of offer letter.
•  Assisting the management in regulating the policies.
•  Responsible for managing all HR related activities.
•  Negotiates and administers the collective bargaining agreement.

Job Requirements:
