Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
•  Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
•  Revises production schedules and priorities as result of equipment failure o operating problems.
•  Implement activities of Credit Operations, Disbursement, Post   Disbursement, Banking, Customer Service and Accounting of   Branches & Hub.
•  Perform training for operations staff, measure, improve performance and productivity.
•  Manage customer service, process improvements in policies and procedures, and provide recommendations for sustainable operations.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
• Only Male candidates needs to apply.
• Have valid driving license.
• Having Twelve years of experience in same field.
