We are seeking for a female Office Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

  • Responsible for all office work.
  • Shedule meetings & arriangements.
  • Maintain all files and records.
  •  Provide general support to visitors.
  •  Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
  •  Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

Job Requirements:

  •  Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Should have time management & problem solving skill.
