Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate in UAE.

Job Details:

•  To coordinate with internal team to find the status and get it resolved before replying to customers.
•  Answer Inbound Customer Service Call as well as Key Customers whohave specific queries.
•  Take care of concerns raised by key customers and help them with solution over email or phone.
•  Prepare report and MIS as per required format on daily basis.
•  Answer queries and resolve problems and give clarity on desired information.
•  Work and be part of Customer Response Team and work in team with solution-centric approach.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Minimum two years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in Computer.
• Excellent communication skills.
