Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Officer in UAE.

Job Details: 

  •  Documentation / Filing, Compilation of manual documents.
  •  Arranging logistics for the delivery of material to the respective clients.
  •  Follow up with vendors till delivery- timely delivery.
  •  Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and   proposals.
  •  Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority.
  •  Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier    relationships.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate Degree holder. 
  • Good organization skills. 
  • Minimum one year working experience. 
  •  Time management skills.
