Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

To evaluate and study the position of the identified prospects in the industry.
To research about different sales options.
To promote the educational opportunities by creating contacts
To recommend solutions to any problems faced by the clients.
To provide proper information, guidance and support to the clients .
To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results.

Requirements:

Experience in educational cosultancy is an advantage.
Good communication skill in English.
Communication in Hindi and Malayalam preferred.
Should have excellent interpersonal skill.
Must have customer service attitude-skills.
