Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• • Provide vision and leadership in developing and directing diversity and social justice education and training program for faculty and staff; 
• • Support outreach, recruitment, and retention of underrepresented faculty and staff; 
• • Chair the Equity and Diversity Advisory Board; 
• • Create and review college policies, procedures, and guidelines related to diversity, equity and inclusion; serve as a member of the College’s policy committee; 

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Proficient in MS Office ,Excel, Word and Tally ERP 9.
• With valid Driving Licence.
• Three years experience in the same field.
