Chief Financial Officer With 10 Years Experience

Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced Chief Financial Officer in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Participate in planning, structuring and completing ventures, mergers and   acquisitions.
•  Manage cash and debt associated with capital construction projects and   working capital, to optimize return on funds while meeting liquidity needs. 
•  Oversee banking relationships and assess the investment performance of    fund manager(s).
•  Oversee underwriting and servicing policies for all FRMC/FSMC loans,   ensure compliance to grant and loan covenants and function as an active    member of the project review and related committees.
•  Oversee financial compliance requirements mandated by federal and New    York State agencies.
•  Communicate and coordinate with FRMC/FSMC Board of Directors    Finance Committees on all financial matters.

Job Requirements:

• B.Com Graduate.
• Minimum ten years experience in accounting and finance.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Time management skills.
