Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Set budgets for payments, Inventory needs and materials.
•  Prepare contracts and documents. 
•  Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs.
•  Process Billing and document of contractors and subcontractor.
•  Billing to client and approval of BOQ of billing and RA bills.
•  Keep track of construction materials and inventory.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Minimum ten years experience inoil and gas.
• Good communication skills in English.
