Job Description :

We are looking for smart and experienced Subject Matter Expert in UAE.

Job Details:

• Identify oppurtunities to increase business.
•  Managing improvement projects using DMAIC approach.
•  Understands client’s processes and suggest modes of value addition.
•  Work with Operations for Scoping and Opportunity Identification exercises.
•  Conducting cost benefit analysis for the process .
•  Provide process improvement solutions to internal operations.

Requirements:

• Should have experience in Call Center Management.
• Post Graduation in Management.
• Qualification in Six Sigma or lean or COPC. 
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
