Looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Preparing documents and presentation materials.
  •  Screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls.
  •  Manage the executives appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of their time. 
  •  Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion. 
  •  Assist the executive in preparing presentations, business plans or help in special projects.
  •  Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executives records and files. 

Job Requirements:

  • Only Female candidates need to apply.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum one year experience in the same field.
  • Time managament skills.
