Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.
Job Details:
- Preparing documents and presentation materials.
- Screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls.
- Manage the executives appointments and schedules and make travel arrangements to make best use of their time.
- Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion.
- Assist the executive in preparing presentations, business plans or help in special projects.
- Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executives records and files.
Job Requirements:
- Only Female candidates need to apply.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum one year experience in the same field.
- Time managament skills.
