Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Admin Coordinator in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Understand and create spreadsheets for financial reports.
  •  Maintain employee files.
  •  Process invoices for payment.
  •  Process payroll bi-weekly, gather and tabulate time records for employees daily.
  •  Provide excellent service to client and employees. 
  •  Greet and help walk-in visitors in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

  • One year experience in the same field.
  • Graduate holder.
  • Well versed in Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
  • Good communication skills.
