A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Assist managers in the documentation and coaching of performance   improvement plans.
•  Manage the goal setting process for all positions, ensuring goals are clearly   defined, realistic and aligned with the business objectives.
•  Developing and publishing policies, booklets, handbooks, etc. to clarify   company directives, procedures and programs.
•  Identifying programs and processes to improve communication within the   distribution center.
•  Provide guidance and direction to associates and management to ensure all   associates are treated fairly and provided a safe working environment.
•  Establish and manage process to forecast, plan, and monitor recruitment   needs.

Job Requirements:

•  Having MBA graduate holder need to apply.
• Minimum 15 years experience in the field.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good Leadership Skills.
