Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Professional in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Monitor performance of assistants and optimize service by assessing skills    and understanding the needs of Attorneys.
•  Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
•  Draft performance improvement plans and other performance related    documentation.
• Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively    identify future hiring needs.
•  Review and approve timesheets and overtime for the assistants through    Dayforce.
•  Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and    aptitudes.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
•  Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Having Eight years experience in same field.
