Hr Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an erxperienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Consult with management and employees to identify, evaluate, and resolve   employee issues, helpline/hotline call reports and work performance    problems within established P.F. Chang’s practices. 
•  Responsible for functioning in a full cycle HR Generalist role, guiding   leaders on decisions involving employee relations, partner with   compensation and benefits to respond appropriately to questions, and talent    needs specific to the regions they support.
•  Partner with the Risk and Worker’s Compensation team to drive safety    plans, procedures and policies.
•  Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws, company    policy and Standard Operating Procedures.
•  Support talent planning and performance management processes to include:   goal setting, employee feedback and coaching, succession planning at the   restaurant level and performance evaluation; provide guidance to managers   on all performance management activity; ensure they comply with process   deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Minimum ten years experience in the same field.
