Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Admin in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Maintain and update the National Accounts customer database.
  •  Generate reports that are distributed to customers based upon specific    customer requests.
  •  To check & remit surplus funds to Corporate Office on regular intervals to     avoid unnecessary blockage of working capital.
  •  Assist with the monitoring of the daily cost pricing and process updates    when necessary.
  •  To prepare payment vouchers with proper supporting documents for all the    expenses.
  •  Perform various administrative functions for the department which include    ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, processing invoices, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Communication skills. 
  •  Excel certification or equivalent knowledge.
  • Computer skills.
  •  Bachelor’s Degree holder.
