Job Description :

We are seeking for a experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator in UAE.

Job Details:

Preparing Monthly Construction Reports.
Preparing Sub-Contractor Payment Certificates.
Site Visiting.
Obtaining joint measurement with Engineers.
Scheduling & Monitoring the Progress of the works.
Maintenance and control of records related to all commercial activities.

Requirements:

Should have minimum 7 year experience.
Good communication skill.
Should have interpersonal skill.
BSc QS holder.
