Looking for an experienced Marketing Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Make a Sales funnel that would describe the prospects, leads      and conversion ratios
• Meet targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual            basis 
• Take buy in from Stakeholder on the overall plan.
•  Develop internal communications strategies that increase          employee understanding of Corvias initiatives and inspire          employees to act as brand champions.
• Develop and implement a robust analytics program that links    campaign performance to business goals; utilize data and          insights to optimize current initiatives and identify new             opportunities.
• Lead the recruitment and retention of diverse team of creative    professionals; create accountability and ownership among          team members through communication of clear expectations,    supervision, and provision of timely performance feedback.
