We are looking for a Secretary cum Document Controller in UAE.
Job Details:
- Answering phone calls.
- Greet visitors as they are come in office.
- Arriange meetings and conference rooms.
- Make sure that reception are is clean
- Coordinate office activities.
- Update appointment calendars.
Requirements:
- Good communication skill.
- Should have interpersonal skill.
- Indian female can prefered.
- Should have organizational skill.
