Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Receptionist in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Responsible for co coordinating with finance team for timely    payments of admin related expenses / bills.
  • Maintaining statutory registers.
  • Assisting BH as and when required.
  •  Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and        follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Prepares both routine and confidential correspondence,              reports, presentations and other complex documents
  • Answer and screen phone calls; assess calls in terms of              importance and use sound judgment to take appropriate              action

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication Skills.
  • Management Skills.
  • Minimum 10 years experience is required.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
