Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Manage in-house and sub-contractor costs from inception to completion of    relevant contracts, highlighting areas of concern.
•  Preparation of cost estimates for new electrical / mechanical work tenders    and pricing submissions.
•  Produce and specify the relevant work information to enable claims for     work activities to be detailed for valuations.
•  Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal & external    stake holders.
•  Completing take offs from drawings and producing BOQ for same.

Job Requirements:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum two years experience in construction field.
• Only Male candidates need to apply.
• Good communication skills.
