Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer in UAE.
Job Details:
- Ensuring all grievance issues are addressed solutions provided.
- Coordinating and arranging for the reward and recognition programs.
- Conducting references check and BGV for the selected candidates and documenting.
- Ensuring the selected resumes is updated in HR-Response tool with all the background details of the candidate.
- Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.
- Sourcing profiles through In-house (internal)/job portals /consultants/employee references /on-campus /outsourcing to close the new requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Advanced MS Office Suite Skills.
- Excellent Time Management Skills.
- Minimum one year experience in the same field.
- Good communication skills.
