- Handling phone calls and mails.
- Attending clients meeting in office.
- Providing administrative support to the management team.
- Responding to inquiries on B2B portals & Social Media channels.
- Managing client database and controlling documentation.
- Handling customer cpmplaints.
Requirements:
- Should have 3 year experience in same field.
- Good communication skill.
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
- Graduate holder.
