Executive Head Chef

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Executive Head Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Approve and polish dishes before they reach the customer.
•  Arrange for repairs when necessary. 
•  Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages. 
•  Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the     variety and quality of the servings.
•  Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative    activities.
•  Estimate staff s workload and compensations.

Job Requirements:

• Twenty years experience in the similar field.
• Graduate.
• Strong experience in Indian fusion dishes.
• Good communication skills.
