Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Nurse in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Encourages patients toward age specific independence via participation in    recovery, education, and discharge planning.
•  The patient, family and nurse identify progress in goal achievement and     reassessment of outcomes.
•  To ensure delivery of patient care through implementation of prescribed    medication and monitoring effects.
•  Data collection concerning the health status of the patient is precise,    continuous, accessible, readable, communicated and recorded.
•  Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and    communicate patient care needs for the adolescent, adult, and geriatric    patient.
•  To perform the initial and reassessment of the patient within the defined     time frame.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
• Have Qatar driving licence.
•  Graduate of an accredited school or nursing.
• Computer skills.
