Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Coordination with Sales team regarding new query.
  •  Tracking of Shipments and update the same to Shippers and Overseas.
  •  Coordination with Overseas Agent and Shipper & Send them the quotation. 
  •  Handling all the Export shipment from booking up to Delivery..
  •  Dealing with customers complaints & provide satisfactory solutions..
  •  Send Pre-alert to an Overseas agent.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • Only Male candidates need to apply.
  • Minimum one year experience in the same field.
  • Time management skills.
